Moisture Content Testing

Layer 1

Moisture Content

Moisture content is the quantity of water contained in material. Increased water in the product raises its susceptibility to microbes, which can rot or damage the sample. This information can be helpful when estimating shelf life suitability to new products. If there is too much water in a product, there is a risk of microbial growth and water migration.
